So, I´m kinda tired today. I still have the pain of my spider practice movements. It really hurts but its fun.My teacher told us that we gotta practice more english. We gotta be really bad so he tells us that.
Look at that! Im already doing errors!
Well, focus to the main point of this entrance.
At Fridays practice we had to apply the things we saw at the actress video.
We started with a warming up which included doing breathing exercises(which now i find easier), Focusing the energy (which i consider the most difficult because it hurts and also because you have to only focus in that part of your body and dont think anything else), segmentation and then passing the energy to your partner. I still have some problems with the passing of energy because sometimes i dont get the direction of it and do it the wrong way. Im still practicing on it.
After our normal warm up we started our selected topic from the actress video.
I chose acrobatics. I decide to choose this topic because i found it interesting and i´ve been a caos for it. That´s why it was a great challenge for me.
I didnt get to do it right. First of all because i got lost and didnt knew what other things i could do and also i didnt get to do standing in hands slowly. But i did get to do it with other actions.
I also learnt to mantain equilibrum but after that nothing else.
Im willing to get better in these things so i would in the future have more control over my body.
With this... i´ve get to think about that the actors have to have a good physic.
What do you think about that? Don´t you think that acting should be consider a sport? Because i really sweat in this class.
Your reflections should go much further. You need to focus more on how these exercises affect your work and comment on this effect and not on the actual body pain.
ResponderEliminarYou could explore a little deeper into the relationship between acting and sport and improve your final questions.
