Hello everyone, it´s me again. I have to inform everyone i didn't went to my practice class on Friday afternoon so i didn't get to learn a thing of how to control my body and thoughts.
Before that class on Friday, we watch a video of an actress which showed how she learnt to be an actress like she was.
She explained some ways like: acrobatics, segmentation ( moving one part of the body by its own), slow and fast motion, introverted and extroverted action and other kinds of things.
I selected acrobatics because it sounded interesting and was something i wasn't acostumbrated to do. Even though i didn't had an idea of how to do it i selected it because it sounded like a challenger.
I didn't got to do it but in my opinion this exercise was to feel each part of your body how it moved and control your equilibrium.
After class activities a group of girls and me had to act like Geishas for an school play.
It is the most difficult thing ever! First of all the posture of an Geisha is pretty difficult; your knees have to touch each other while your feet look each other. Your level has to be medium and you butt has to be to the front.
Sounds pretty hard right? well... you have to walk like that! And.. beware of not to separate your knees while you move your shoulders while you walk.
You also learn how to seat and laugh... the most easy thing is laughing hahahah but i dont get it how to seat down.
You have to focus you energy under you belly.
I learnt a lot of things this weekend, and i feel happy about it. But, what do you think about geishas acting? it must have been very difficult to a man to act so girlish and on those positions

Don't just describe the activities but rather reflect on how each of them helps you improve. Try to avoid giving too much importance to how you felt during the activities, and focus on what you're learning. Try to connect the things you learn with one another (kabuki, set design, physical training, plays we watched). You really have to improve your English, because with this level it will be impossible for you to get good grades in this course, so read more!
